Harmer Architecture was commissioned by Prowse Quantity Surveyor in 2018 to refurbish their existing office in Hawthorn.
The refurbishment was undertaken within a 6 week period during the Christmas 2018/2019 New Year break when the office was closed and was completed within 4 weeks into the New Year.
