Harmer Architecture worked with CPG Australia in 2009 to prepare a detailed design for siting options and floor layouts for the proposed Performing Arts Centre for Latrobe City Council.

Two sites in Morwell and Traralgon were examined and concept plans were prepared for each including detailed project cost estimates. A detailed comparative analysis was formulated for council. The study also analysed current and potential uses and outlined a financial and economic impact assessment for each site.
