Harmer Architecture was commissioned in 2011 by the Wellington Shire Council to prepare a feasibility study with costing of a proposed major Art Gallery facility in the Civic Precinct of Sale, in Gippsland Victoria.
The study analysed a number of siting options for the new Gallery with a comparative analysis and recommended site beside the Harmer Architecture designed Performing Arts Centre, known as the Wedge.
The study included facilities for the storage and expansion and curation of the council’s significant art Collection.
